WINQSL was first time released as a paper QSL-manager-listing in 1982. In 1995 the first release of WINQSL-software was published. The software is free and can be used without any limitations.

WINQSL supported several DX-peditions. Since 2010 WINQSL-server is the home of WWFF and COTA-website. Some portable activations can be found in my DF6EX YouTube-channel.
